Art is a great opportunity for exploration. I love to get my fingers messy and colourful with paint. I am truly relaxed and excited when feeling textures of different papers, the slide of paint along a board or canvas handling beautiful glass tiles and letting my imagination run with collaging my own photograps. Please enjoy as I've had fun in the process.

Mixed Media Art

Paper, gels, inks, acrylic, tissue, pastes, photo transfers, pastels, pens, watercolours, stamps, it all gets in there! Inspired by the people and places in Scotland.

Photographic Collage

These are so much fun. I love puzzles and find piecing cut up images together is like an art puzzle. I use images from around Scotland in these works and use as much as possible right down to a drain pipe or a foot from a statue.

Mosaics

This is a new exploration and am enjoying it thoroughly. There are so many beautiful pieces to work with and I often include found ceramic and glass found on the beach.
